Rotala Birunani – AP390 is a rare stem aquarium plant native to India, prized for its slender stems and narrow leaves that develop intense red shades under high light and proper nutrition. In moderate conditions, it displays orange-red tones, making it visually attractive across a range of setups.
This plant grows upright and responds very well to trimming, allowing aquascapers to create dense, colourful bushes in the background or mid-background. While it can adapt to medium light, CO₂ injection and strong lighting will significantly enhance colour intensity and compact growth.
