Super Worms: For large aquarium fish like Pufferfish and Arowana, superworms are an excellent source of protein. Superworms are fed to fish by aquarium enthusiasts because they contain vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and over 50% protein.
Superworms can be eaten whole and live by freshwater and marine fish of varying sizes. The worms will need to be processed into fish feed for smaller fish. Superworms and a variety of additional ingredients can even be used to make conventional fish food.
You can easily breed superworms at home and have them ready for feeding if your fish like them. The majority of superworms begin as larvae of beetles and eventually develop into medium-sized beetles
