Red Rainbow is a Tropical freshwater fish of the rainbowfish family, Melanotaeniidae.
Red Rainbow is also known as Red Iranian Rainbowfish, New Guinea Red Rainbowfish, and Salmon Red Rainbowfish.
They originated in Indonesia’s Lake Sentani.
These fish are often calm, so you can keep them with fish that have the same size and temperament. When mating, they might show off and chase one other, but no harm should come from this.
