Neon Green Rasbora (Microdevario kubotai) are also known as Kubotai Rasbora and Green Rasbora.
Neon Green Rasbora fish are native to the streams and rivers of Southeast Asia. These fish are very difficult to find but when found are worth all the hard search.
Their beautiful Neon green colors looks stunning in an aquarium. These Neon Rasboras are schooling fish thus needs to be kept in groups. When you put these little guys in groups of 6 to 8 they feel more protected and confident.
Kubotai Rasboras are quite simple to maintain as long as they dwell in steady water parameters with adequate water quality.
These fish, like all rasboras and danios, are fully calm and completely safe to keep with other fish (as long as the other fish are also friendly! ), snails, shrimp, and live plants. They may not be suitable for community tanks with larger and more raucous fish due to their small size and cautious disposition.Â
They are schooling fish that thrives in groups, which is why we sell them in packs of 6 and 12. The more of these fish you have in your tank, the less timid they will be. When these healthy fish are placed in well-cycled tanks, they would likely spawn and you would see fries in your tank. They are well suited in tanks with plants, wood, and rocks.

They consume anything from algae to prawns. You can give them micro-worms, brine shrimp, and Daphnia, which are all live meals. Small broken fish flakes, tetra micro granules, and live Tubifex are other important sources of nutrition.
