Baby Morphs (Mixed): Fishkeeping is still popular, and Cichlids (Cichlidae) are appealing to many fish parents due to their colorful bodies and unique temperaments. However, not all of them can coexist, and only certain varieties of cichlids can coexist.

Cichlids from the same region are the only ones that can coexist. African cichlids, for example, pair well with other African cichlids, South American cichlids with other South American cichlids, and so on. Furthermore, some cichlids, such as dwarf cichlid, may coexist with other cichlids.

If you want to be a cichlid parent, you need to know that there are many different species of cichlids, such as Malawi cichlids, Central American cichlids, Tanganyika cichlids, South American cichlids, and so on.

Furthermore, in terms of size and temperament, there are giant cichlids, dwarf cichlids, gentle and aggressive cichlids, and so on.

Most cichlids are aggressive fish, and putting them in a tiny tank will result in closer interaction and fighting over territory, mates, food, and so on. 

Consider tank size first, and give a large enough tank for the cichlids you want to keep; with adequate space, you won’t have to worry about these problems.

African cichlid species, including red zebra cichlids, blue peacock cichlids, and frontosa cichlids.

African cichlids are eye-catching fish that come in every hue of the rainbow. These fish are lively and friendly, as well as aggressive and territorial.

The vast majority of African cichlids are albino, having pinkish-white or yellowish-white bodies and red eyes.

Male African cichlids are more aggressive and colorful than females, especially during the breeding season. When viewed from above, females have fuller tummies than males

Most cichlids are hostile fish.

IV. Species compatibility

Rafael Catfish, Plecos, Synodontis catfish, and Larger Rainbowfish. They will eat smaller fish like Tetra and Cory Catfish but should be compatible with larger fish such as Hoplo Catfish, Medium to large size Plecos, and Bristle-nose.
