Red Parrot

Add a splash of vibrant colour to your aquarium with the Red Parrot Fish. Also commonly known as the Blood Parrot Cichlid, this distinctive ornamental fish is recognised for its bright red-orange body, rounded shape and unique facial features.

Red Parrot Fish are active, curious and highly interactive, often recognising their keepers and exploring every part of the aquarium. They can be kept in suitably planned community setups with compatible fish, although they may become territorial, particularly in smaller aquariums.

A spacious aquarium with good filtration, hiding areas and open swimming space will help these colourful cichlids thrive.
