Mosquito Rasbora/ Chili Rasbora

Add a beautiful splash of red to your aquarium with the Mosquito Rasbora / Chili Rasbora (Boraras brigittae). One of the smallest popular aquarium fish, this peaceful species is admired for its vibrant red coloration, delicate size and lively schooling behaviour.

Chili Rasboras look particularly impressive in planted aquariums, where a group can move together through aquatic plants and moss. Their small size makes them an excellent choice for nano aquariums and carefully planned shrimp setups.

For the best colour and natural behaviour, keep them in a good-sized group in a mature, stable aquarium.
