Rainbowfish are peaceful yet active. They get along with comparable-sized, non-aggressive fish.
Diverse species can coexist peacefully alongside one another as well as with larger Tetras, Rasboras, Danios, Catfish, and even non-aggressive cichlids like Kribensis.
Rainbowfish are shoalers so it’s ideal to keep them in groups of six or more.
Their eye-catching colors add some beautiful character to your tank.
